Introspekce, ochota vidět dovnitř, ochota přiznat si svá slabá místa, svá pochybení, záseky, bloky a programy – je v našem životě výborná věc.
Tím se vyvíjíme.
Tím zrajeme, tím brousíme svůj diamant.
Pokud ale… zůstane jen u rozpoznání a poučení se. Jakmile získá naše rozpoznání pachuť odsouzení, negativního zhodnocení sebe samotné, viny nebo pochyb o sobě, tím se náš vývoj opět zastaví.
Ručička rovnováhy je přesně uprostřed. Rozpoznat něco v sobě je skvělé. Ne vždy příjemné. Ale proto si ještě nemusíme připadat špatně. Vše je lidské a vaše ochota se poznat, je skvělá.
Máme tolik tendencí, programů, ovlivňuje nás tolik souvislostí… Nás všechny – bez výjimky. Akorát někteří to vědí a někteří ne. :) Velmi doporučuji vnímat a učit se rozpoznávat i druhé rameno vah.
Sebepopření, zpochybnění se, vina, výčitky – neslouží vůbec nikomu a rozhodně ne vašemu vývoji.
Jak tedy na to?
Jak předejít přehoupnutí na druhou stranu? Někdy můžete zažít velký otřes, velký zásah do vašeho ega a třeba se vzpamatováváte dlouho, přesto se, prosím, zdržte komentáře. Veškerého komentáře!!!
To bych řekla, že je nejlepší pomůcka na tyto tendence.
