V roce 2017 jsem prošla několika lekcemi v rozhodování na základě lásky. A dnes chci do nového roku podpořit i vás, abyste se skutečně rozhodovali na základě lásky a ne strachu. Podle toho totiž následně vypadá náš život.
To, jak jsme šťastní, jak se nám daří… Je to volba mezi tím, jestli věříme, že je vesmír/život přátelský nebo nepřátelský. Je to také obraz toho, jestli se máme nebo nemáme rádi. Jestli si věříme, jestli jsme tzv. u sebe.
Život je velmi krátký na to, abyste ho žili podle někoho jiného, v nesouladu se sebou samými. Abyste o životě podle svých představ jen snili a nežili ho.
Pro inspiraci a podporu ve vašem rozhodování sem přikládám také slova, díky kterým snáze rozeznáte, zda se jedná o lásku nebo strach. Jsou to slova autora Čtyř dohod, Dona Miguela Ruize:
Sedm rozdílů mezi láskou a strachem:
1. Láska nemá očekávání
Strach je plný očekávání.
2. Láska nemá povinnosti
Strach je plný povinností. Jednáme-li z povinnosti, náš odpor způsobuje, že trpíme. Nedaří-li se nám jednat na základě povinností, pociťujeme vinu.
3. Láska chová úctu nejen k druhým, ale také k nám samým
Strach si neváží ničeho, ani sebe. Jestliže lituji sám sebe, pak si sám sebe nevážím. Jestliže lituji tebe, nevážím si tě.
4. Láska je trpělivá
Strach je netrpělivý.
5. Láska nemá lítost
Strach je plný lítosti, zvláště sebelítosti.
6. Láska je odpoutaná
Strach je naplněn pouty a obavami, že o ně přijde.
7. Láska je laskavá
Strach je příliš zaměřen na sebe, než aby mohl být laskavý.
Rozhodujte se podle toho, co cítíte, že je správné. Naslouchejte svému srdci. Poznala jsem, že jedině tak budu šťastná nejen já, ale i mé nejbližší okolí.
Často se rozhodujeme na základě různých kritérií než na základě toho, že se máme rádi. Hledíme na všelijaké ostatní věci, ale mám tu zkušenost, že nám samotným to vnitřní štěstí nepřináší. Často se i bojíme, že daným rozhodnutím můžeme ublížit druhým, nebo že by se jim to nemuselo líbit, nebo to rozhodnutí vypadá riskantně, je plné nejistot. Ale přesto cítíme, že je to tak správné, slyšíme volání své duše…
Pak jen můžu doporučit – udělejte to, co cítíte, že je podle vás správné. Nehledě na to, co bude. Ty cesty se posléze ukáží. Jen věřte svému vnitřnímu hlasu. Rozhodujte se jako někdo, kdo se má rád. Vyplatí se to. A když budete šťastní vy, budou šťastní i ti blízcí kolem vás, kteří k vám patří.
Láska dokáže pozitivně změnit každou situaci, dokáže uzdravit různé šrámy a vztahy. Otevřete se lásce a změňte svůj život. Probuďte lásku k sobě, k životu, k druhým lidem a s láskou prožijte každý den. Rozhodujte se na základě lásky, ne strachu. Dělejte vše s láskou a jakmile tuto lásku k životu necháte plně rozhořet ve svém srdci, začne se přirozeně šířit kolem vás. 🙂
